Every day we strive to improve on many levels to ensure the quality of our products and remain competitive. OUR NEW FACILITY

Our new manufacturing facility at 87 Bierutowska Street in Wrocław is now operational. Construction began in 2023, and in 2026 we obtained manufacturing authorisations from Poland’s Chief Pharmaceutical Inspectorate (GIF), enabling us to transfer the full range of manufacturing operations from our existing site on Ziębicka Street.

This marks an important step in the growth of our company and the entire USP Group. The new facility provides opportunities to increase production capacity and introduce new technologies. It has also been designed to support efficient manufacturing processes, quality control and a comfortable working environment.

FUNDAMENTALS OF OUR DEVELOPMENT

Use of new technologies

Every day we improve our processes and simplify our work through the use of modern technologies - not only on the shop floor, but also in administration and daily office work. We use dedicated applications and platforms (e.g., for internal training), convenient e-solutions (e.g., for creating and accepting contracts) and advanced programs (such as, for example, SAP S 3/4 HANA, LIMS) or VR goggles in the recruitment process for production positions. Such solutions help us save time, resources and take care of the environment, and facilitate internal communication.

Continuous improvement

The development of the company and its employees are intertwined, which is why we support people employed by us in further developing their knowledge and skills. This happens through internal knowledge transfer, educational programs, training and promotion paths in various positions or internal recruitment. Those who want to develop in our company can always count on our support and help from the right people.

Caring for the environment

The environment in which we live and work is very important to us, so we are constantly striving to operate in the most sustainable way possible for it. Our big step toward a "green" future has been to switch to power exclusively from renewable energy. We use it at our Ziębicka and Bierutowska Street facilities.

OUR DEVELOPMENT IN NUMBERS

Employees

Over the more than 25 years of US Pharmacia's existence, the number of our employees has increased almost 10-fold. There are people working here who have been associated with the company since its inception. Approximately 20% of our employees each year go through training programs that increase their competence in a particular area. The result of this training is promotions to higher positions.

Production

Over the past 20 years, we have more than tripled our production capacity. We now produce 800 million tablets and 65 million sachets a year, while we package 1,325 million tablets.

Technology

We started our business by producing tablets, and now we also produce sachets in the Dry Forms Division. The planned relocation of our factory to Bierutowska Street will open up new opportunities for us: doubling our production capacity and developing new technologies. All this to be able to best adapt to the current needs of the market and patients.
