is a priority for us - both during the production process and at the moment the finished product reaches the hands of the patient. We systematically train to raise awareness and responsibility for our own safety and that of others in the work environment. The lack of accidents is the result of our preventive measures. One of them is the "2 Minutes" program for safety, where we show how much you can improve your environment in just such a short time.

Accountability and quality

These are the foundations of our work. The entire drug development process, from start to finish, is in our hands. We use our knowledge and experience to ensure that the drugs we produce meet the required quality standards. Commitment to the production process is our most important duty.

Initiative

We are open to new solutions. Our employees' original ideas for improvements are systematically implemented and we use them on a daily basis. Over the past 10 years, as part of the USPrawler program, we have accepted more than 4,000 ideas from different areas, of which as many as 2,600 have been successfully implemented. This confirms the effectiveness of the program and demonstrates the commitment of employees to jointly create a better work environment.

What does US Pharmacia produce?

In our factory we produce dry form of medicines - tablets and sachets, including Apap, Ibuprom, Gripex....

I don't have a pharmaceutical background - can I work for you?

Yes, as much as possible. Our factory employs people with a variety of educational backgrounds, not just pharmaceutical training. The type of education and experience required depends on the position you apply for. The exact requirements are always indicated in the job advertisement. Our employees work both in positions related to production, packaging or warehousing, as well as in offices in specialized positions.

Do you provide transportation for employees?

The US Pharmacia factory is located close to the Main Railway Station and the city center. The area where we are located is well connected, so we do not organize employee transportation at the moment.

Is there an opportunity for advancement within the company?

Yes, our employees have many opportunities for development and advancement. Approximately 20% of our employees each year go through certified development programs, which are an important step in their career path. Promotion to a higher position can take place within a department, as well as employees can participate in internal recruitment and apply for positions in other departments in the company.

What position can I work in?

Are there internships or placements for students at US Pharmacia?

No, we do not run an internship/internship program for students.

Is it possible to work at US Pharmacia without a sanitary booklet?

No, at our plant all employees must have up-to-date sanitary examinations. If you don't have one, you can have it done during the initial occupational medicine examinations we organize.
