DETAILS OF DATA PROCESSING (PURPOSES, LEGAL BASIS, STORAGE TIME, OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE DATA, RECIPIENTS OF DATA)

Purpose of processing:
Implementation of the obligation to monitor the safety of medicinal products (handling of reports on adverse events).
Legal basis for processing: Art. 6 para. 1(c) RODO in connection with. art. 9 para. 2 lit. i RODO in conjunction with. with the Act of September 6, 2001. Pharmaceutical Law.
Storage time: Data will be kept for the duration of the drug product’s marketing authorization and for at least 10 years after the marketing authorization expires.
Obligation to provide data: The provision of personal data by persons obliged to report adverse drug reactions is mandatory and follows from the relevant provisions of the Law of September 6, 2001. Pharmaceutical Law.
For others, providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to accept the report. You can also report an adverse reaction directly to the Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and Biocidal Products.
Recipients of data:
– Authorized employees / associates of the Administrator
– Other companies of the USP Group to the extent justified by corporate requirements and their employees and associates
– Relevant public authorities acting pursuant to relevant legislation
– Providers of IT services related to the operation of the website.

Legal basis for processing: Art. 6 para. 1(f) RODO (the Administrator’s legitimate interest in answering questions posed to the Administrator and conducting correspondence).
Storage time: Data will be retained until an inquiry is answered or a reported issue is resolved or an effective objection to processing is raised.

Otherwise, we will keep your data as long as you remain an observer of our social network accounts or interact with them. Some information such as likes and comments remain until you withdraw or delete them.
