Terms of use of the USPHARMACIA.PL website
The Regulations specify the terms and conditions for the use of the USPHARMACIA.PL website (uspharmacia.pl website and the pages linked to it) and other services adverse reaction report form, application form and recruitment form , hereinafter referred to as the Website, and apply to all its users. Use of the resources of the Service implies unconditional acceptance of all of the following terms and conditions.
The User of the Website may be a natural person with full legal capacity. The Site is owned by US Pharmacia sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Wrocław, ul. Ziębicka 40, code 50-507, entered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for Wrocław Fabryczna, VI Economic Department of the National Court Register, under KRS no. 46646, share capital PLN 15 489 000, NIP 899 14 32 896, no. in the register of entities introducing products, products in packaging and managing waste BDO 000081249.
As part of the Service, services provided electronically to Users by US Pharmacia are provided, in particular:
- The opportunity to read the content of the Service of an informative or advertising nature,
- The possibility of reporting adverse reactions to medicinal products,
- Opportunity to ask questions about US Pharmacia products to internal experts
- The ability to contact US Pharmacia for any other purpose (invoices, payments, complaints, product availability, contact with employees).
Information posted on the site does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.
The information provided on the Service does not constitute medical advice or medical diagnosis. The use of the products mentioned in the Service should be done in accordance with the information contained on the packaging and in the leaflets attached to these products or after consulting a doctor or pharmacist.
Copyright to the materials contained in the site is held by US Pharmacia Sp. z o.o. Printing, copying and other use of the content published on the site may be carried out only for non-profit purposes and personal use. In other cases, it requires the prior written consent of US Pharmacia.
Trademarks, industrial designs, companies and trade names mentioned on the site are protected by generally applicable laws. Their use requires the written consent of US Pharmacia sp. z o.o.
Opinions, comments, suggestions sent by the Users of the Website regarding the issues contained in the Website will not be treated as confidential information. US Pharmacia acquires free of charge the right to use such information without any restrictions, in particular in the production, distribution and marketing of its own products.
The personal data of the Users of the site, provided during the use of the site, is processed under the terms of the Privacy Policy. The website contains information about products and services, not all of which are available in every country where USP Group companies operate.
US Pharmacia prohibits the inclusion of the service in other sites that do not belong to the Company.
Us PharmaciaSp. z o.o., despite exercising the principles of the utmost care, cannot completely exclude the existence of computer viruses on the site or other errors that prevent or impede the use of the Service. The user of the site, for his/her own safety, is obliged to protect his/her computer from viruses and their effects. US Pharmacia shall not be liable for any damages or losses caused by interruption of access to the Internet network or the Site, or by computer system errors caused by viruses.
US Pharmacia may at any time move or disable, temporarily or permanently, all or part of the Service in order to perform maintenance and/or improve and/or make changes to the Service.
US Pharmacia reserves the right to make changes and corrections to the information contained in the Service at any time and to any extent without prior notice to Users.
US Pharmacia Health shall not be liable for any damages caused by downloading materials from the Service and their further use.
In all matters relating to the use of the Site, the relevant provisions of the law in force in the territory of the Republic of Poland shall apply, including in particular the provisions of the Act of September 6, 2001. – Pharmaceutical Law and the Act of July 18, 2002. on provision of services by electronic means.
US Pharmacia reserves the right to amend these Regulations. The amendment to the Regulations shall become effective within 7 days from the date of publication on the Website of the Service.
All malfunctions of the service and other types of complaints about the service should be reported in writing, to the US Pharmacia address indicated in this legal notice, or electronically, to info@usp.pl. Complaints will be processed within 14 days of their submission.
