We’re happy to share that US Pharmacia has once again been awarded the title of FRIENDLY WORKPLACE. For us, it’s a meaningful confirmation that what we do as an employer makes a real difference — and shows up in the everyday experience of our teams.
What was recognized?
This year, our efforts focused on people were particularly appreciated:
- expanding employee support programs,
- redefining our values with active involvement from employees,
- launching the BRAWO project to strengthen our safety culture,
- open communication and engaging employees in the process of building our new factory.
A workplace we want to be part of
We want what we do to matter/
Last year, we redefined our company values together — making them simpler, more relatable, and closer to our daily work. Honesty, fairness, and confidence are the foundation. On that foundation we’ve built further values: ownership of outcomes, growth, and engagement.
The rollout process was thoughtful and collaborative — from teaser campaigns and leadership team meetings to hands-on workshops where each team defined what these values mean in practice, in their specific roles.
We also continued to grow other initiatives that support our culture. One of them is the BRAWO app — a tool for recognizing and rewarding positive safety behaviors.
BRAWO stands for: Safety (Bezpieczeństwo), Response (Reagowanie), Activity (Aktywność), Cooperation (Współpraca), Responsibility (Odpowiedzialność). The name was created by our employees, and the app is powered by their own input and examples. BRAWO is a module within our existing FUKS system and, together, they form a consistent, positive framework for building a culture of safety across the organization.
Growing together
One of the major changes this year was the construction of our new factory — a big step in our company’s growth. From the beginning, we wanted everyone to feel included in this process.
That’s why we share regular updates in our “Construction Journal”, organize on-site visits, answer questions and gather feedback from our teams. In response to real needs, we also launched pilot programs for subsidized meals and employee transportation — with a permanent transport line planned after the move.
A title that keeps us going
Friendly Workplace 2025 brings us a great deal of satisfaction — and also reminds us that we’re on the right track.
Because Friendly Workplace isn’t just a certificate on the wall — it’s the daily choices that make this a genuinely good place to work.
