There are people working here who have been associated with the company since its inception. Approximately 20% of our employees each year go through training programs that increase their competence in a particular area. The result of this training is promotions to higher positions. ##### Title Production ##### Text Over the past 20 years, we have more than tripled our production capacity. We now produce 800 million tablets and 65 million sachets a year, while we package 1,325 million tablets. ##### Title Technology ##### Text We started our business by producing tablets, and now we also produce sachets in the Dry Forms Division. The planned relocation of our factory to Bierutowska Street will open up new opportunities for us: doubling our production capacity and developing new technologies. All this to be able to best adapt to the current needs of the market and patients. ## Banner section ### Title NEW SEATS ### Text In 2023 we started construction work for our new pharmaceutical plant, which will be located on Bierutowska Street in Wroclaw. Over the next few years, we will move there from our current location on Ziębicka Street. This is a major step in the development of our company and the entire USP Group. The new location is an opportunity to increase production volumes and develop new technologies. We use dedicated applications and platforms (e.g., for internal training), convenient e-solutions (e.g., for creating and accepting contracts) and advanced programs (such as, for example, SAP S 3/4 HANA, LIMS) or [VR goggles](https://uspharmacia.jacekprzybyl.pl/technologiczne-trendy-i-innowacje-w-naszej-firmie/) in the recruitment process for production positions. Such solutions help us save time, resources and take care of the environment, and facilitate internal communication. ##### Title Continuous improvement ##### Text The development of the company and its employees are intertwined, which is why we support people employed by us in further developing their knowledge and skills. This happens through internal knowledge transfer, educational programs, training and promotion paths in various positions or internal recruitment. Those who want to develop in our company can always count on our support and help from the right people. ##### Title Caring for the environment ##### Text The environment in which we live and work is very important to us, so we are constantly striving to operate in the most sustainable way possible for it. Our big step toward a "green" future has been to switch to power exclusively from renewable energy. We use it at our Ziębicka and Bierutowska Street facilities.
