On the other, we are eager to make our lives easier and explore the new opportunities these technologies offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"text-18 text-thin text-blue\">At US Pharmacia, our employees not only follow trends in modern solutions \u2013 they actively use them, contributing to even more efficient company operations. We would like to share the remarkable progress that has recently taken place in the HR area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading text-blue text-md-24\" style=\"font-size:22px\"><strong>An Innovative Recruitment Solution: Virtual Reality Goggles<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"text-18 text-thin text-blue\">In recent weeks, we have introduced an innovative solution into our recruitment process \u2013 <strong>virtual reality (VR) goggles<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"text-18 text-thin text-blue\">Thanks to this tool, candidates can gain a closer look at our <strong>Dry Forms Department<\/strong>. They can see what the clean zone looks like and follow the stages of the weighing process or room and equipment hygiene from an employee\u2019s perspective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"text-18 text-thin text-blue\">This is not only a modern and unique way to present our company, but also an opportunity for potential employees to better understand the specifics of the Junior Operator position, which can be surprising for many people who have not previously had experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading text-blue text-md-24\" style=\"font-size:22px\"><strong>Optimization and Progress: 3D Printing<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"text-18 text-thin text-blue\">At US Pharmacia, modern technologies are not limited to recruitment alone. The Packaging Department actively uses the potential of a 3D printer, which for nearly two years has been used to manufacture various tooling components, prototype machine parts, and many other elements applied in USPrawniacze and FUKS initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"text-18 text-thin text-blue\">3D printing technology is also successfully used by the Dry Forms Department and the Technical Department.
