US Pharmacia has joined the group of employers who actively respond to the needs of employees undergoing infertility treatment. We have been awarded the “Fertility-Friendly Employer” certificate, granted by the “Nasz Bocian” Association.

This distinction is the result of our participation in the Fertility at Work program, which includes training as well as the implementation of real policies supporting people facing infertility challenges.As part of this support, we offer, among other things, flexible work arrangements, including hybrid work and a task-based working time system. Employees also have access to medical specialists through healthcare packages, as well as free psychotherapeutic support.
