An Innovative Recruitment Solution: Virtual Reality Goggles

In recent weeks, we have introduced an innovative solution into our recruitment process – virtual reality (VR) goggles.

Thanks to this tool, candidates can gain a closer look at our Dry Forms Department. They can see what the clean zone looks like and follow the stages of the weighing process or room and equipment hygiene from an employee’s perspective.

This is not only a modern and unique way to present our company, but also an opportunity for potential employees to better understand the specifics of the Junior Operator position, which can be surprising for many people who have not previously had experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Optimization and Progress: 3D Printing

At US Pharmacia, modern technologies are not limited to recruitment alone. The Packaging Department actively uses the potential of a 3D printer, which for nearly two years has been used to manufacture various tooling components, prototype machine parts, and many other elements applied in USPrawniacze and FUKS initiatives.

3D printing technology is also successfully used by the Dry Forms Department and the Technical Department. The implementation of this solution marks an important step toward resource optimization and improving the quality of our work.
