CONTINUED DEVELOPMENT

Every day we improve our processes and simplify our work through the use of modern technologies - not only on the shop floor, but also in administration and daily office work. We use dedicated applications and platforms (e.g., for internal training), convenient e-solutions (e.g., for creating and accepting contracts) and advanced programs (such as, for example, SAP S 3/4 HANA, LIMS) or VR goggles in the recruitment process for production positions. Such solutions help us save time, resources and take care of the environment, and facilitate internal communication.

The development of the company and its employees are intertwined, which is why we support people employed by us in further developing their knowledge and skills. This happens through internal knowledge transfer, educational programs, training and promotion paths in various positions or internal recruitment. The environment in which we live and work is very important to us, so we are constantly striving to operate in the most sustainable way possible for it. Our big step toward a "green" future has been to switch to power exclusively from renewable energy. We use it at our Ziębicka and Bierutowska Street facilities.
