Our factory employs people with a variety of educational backgrounds, not just pharmaceutical training. The type of education and experience required depends on the position you apply for. The exact requirements are always indicated in the job advertisement. Our employees work both in positions related to production, packaging or warehousing, as well as in offices in specialized positions. ##### Title Do you provide transportation for employees? ##### Text The US Pharmacia factory is located close to the Main Railway Station and the city center. The area where we are located is well connected, so we do not organize employee transportation at the moment. ##### Title Is there an opportunity for advancement within the company? ##### Text Yes, our employees have many opportunities for development and advancement. Approximately 20% of our employees each year go through certified development programs, which are an important step in their career path.
