Prior to joining the USP Group, he gained his extensive professional experience at Procter & Gamble, where he worked in various departments: finance, sales, marketing and production. Throughout his career, he has lived and worked in many countries, responsible for the development of the cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, as well as everyday goods business. He is a member of the boards of many USP Group companies, both Polish and foreign – responsible for key operational and financial activities of the USP Group. In January 2023, he assumed the role of President of US Pharmacia, at the same time assuming the position of Vice President of USP Health. He began his professional career at Gillette/Procter&Gamble, in the area of controlling. His next professional steps were at Sandoz (Novartis), in Strykow, where he held a number of positions over a dozen years, including: Project Manager of the Strykow Packaging Center, Business Development Director and eventually Supply Chain Director. Since October 2023, in the role of HR Director, he has led the HR departments of US Pharmacia and USP Health, focusing on key aspects important for the short- and long-term development of each company. Within the USP Group, she is responsible for ensuring key competencies and structures, for creating development programs, C&B strategy and new work models to support a culture of trust, dialogue and partnership at work. She has more than 20 years of professional area experience in HR in building engaging work environments. Previously, he worked at Hasco-Lek Group, where he served as Director of Production and Logistics. He gained his valuable experience managing pharmaceutical production areas, both in Poland and abroad at Polpharma, Takeda and Adamed Pharma, among others. Previously, at Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Europe B.V, in the Netherlands, he served as Senior QA Manager/Primary Qualified Person for the Western Europe region. He participated in audits of third-party companies (including outside Europe) and factories belonging to the Sun Pharma group in India. In addition, he performed pre-audits to prepare factories in third countries for EU GMP certification and represented MAH during European GMP Inspections of factories in India. He also gained his experience by managing quality areas both in Poland and abroad at Sandoz (Novartis), Baxter and Polfa Pabianice, among others.
